Recommendations history
Hi,
Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a snapshot of the last few recommendations you actioned on the same page as the other recommendations - a user recommendations history of sorts.
This is essentially an action items list, but it would be nice to be able to see what i've done as while searching for more.

Add an error message pop-up rather than clear fields
I found it very frustrating on the few occasions where I forgot to click the rater 'type' prior to hitting add rater - then all the fields were cleared. It would be much more useful and expedient if an error message would pop up (i.e. Please select rater type!) rather than clear the fields.

Survey is far, far too long. Slider system requires two hands needlessly complicated. Both reflect arrogant self importance on the part of the questionnaire developer. You might take away that I did this for my friend, but think your system sucks.

Wow, Harsh feedback.
Although we are sorry for your bad experience using our system, we must disagree on the points mentioned. First, our slider system requires one click with one hand and second, we believe that feedback is important, that is why we built this free tool. Spending some time to help someone is an investment, and it will truly help them.
Lastly, I could not tie in how the design of the tool makes us look arrogant. We hope that you will get to know us some day, we’re actually nice people.

Additional questions to consider
Looking through another 360 I received years ago and comparing the questions, I was very impressed with your questions and especially with the indicators under the slide bar of what constitutes achieving each score for each item (that is HUGE to ensure consistency). Here are a few additional questions that I would have liked you to include:
1) Does the person quickly sort relevant from irrelevant information?
2) Does the person make good decisions when information is scarce?

1 voteWe were not aware that our system is cumbersome. We have many companies and consultancies subscribe to our business solution for its ease of use and architecture. We need to always look at the system holistically, and an important factor is to protect the ‘rater’ in order for the people seeking feedback to gain the best level of insight that they can. If there was a better way, we would have done it by now. We are always looking at how we can improve the system.

Create My Own Rater Categories
I would love to be able to create my own rater categories. I did an assessment recently that had a Board as the manager - so I had 5 Managers. If I could have just created my own categories, while also maintaining the 3 rater rule, it would have been awesome.

include radar chart (spider web) on survey results
please present results in diagrammatic format to facilitate big picture review. can do a chart for leading self, leading others and leading organisations. this helps individual and coach to see where the improvement leverage is/are.

Entered the wrong email on sign up
When trying to sign up I did not receive an activation email. I realised I had made a mistake in my email address but I could not change it under the same username and password.
This just makes me want to leave your site and not try to log in again.1 voteThis can easily be resolved by sending us a ticket request. We can all make mistakes, so we are always ready to help in such cases.

Mobile friendly
Not mobile friendly. Would not complete survey if it weren’t helpful for my fiancée. Impossible to click/drag cursor
