Additional questions to consider
Looking through another 360 I received years ago and comparing the questions, I was very impressed with your questions and especially with the indicators under the slide bar of what constitutes achieving each score for each item (that is HUGE to ensure consistency). Here are a few additional questions that I would have liked you to include:
1) Does the person quickly sort relevant from irrelevant information?
2) Does the person make good decisions when information is scarce?
3) Does the person encourage debate among team members to find the best solution?
