Way to delete pending surveys and a navigation button or two when inside the results review area.

Pending surveys can now be deleted by adding the ability to delete incomplete raters and viewing the results.

Allows some raters to be delete and others it fails to remove. Also, if a rating is "in progress" and the person has not completed it, there is no delete button. This means I have a survey stuck as pending with no way to complete it.

Would recommend to have an "End Survey" button as waiting for all to respond might be time consuming. Then can generate data with a flag "Not all Surveys were completed".
